Philip Norton Loheed is an award winning architect and urban designer for many waterfront, campus, housing, and commercial buildings since 1968. He has worked on several campus master plans and library projects, and has taught ecological design, and natural systems analysis and principles. Mr. Loheed is a designer and builder of sailing canoes and furniture; as well as a skilled illustrator and photographer.
Dennis C. Rieske has been providing development, architectural, planning and urban design services with public and private partnerships since 1978. He has experience designing over 800,000 square feet of mill space conversion, large hospitality and retail projects, commercial office renovations, tenant space planning, rental and condominium housing.
Pat Loheed joined DP+ in 2013 as Landscape Architect after leading her own diversified professional design practice since 1976. She focuses on sustainable community design and open space. Pat has extensive experience in leading design process with community groups. Her range of practice includes substantial housing, local parks, waterfront, historic preservation projects and mixed use and transportation works.
Hyacinth G. John has over fifteen years of architecture design, urban design, and interior design experience, specializing in a variety of waterfront and urban mixed-use developments. Her focus of interest is supporting and developing communities and cultures through design, and she is a faculty member in the architecture thesis department at the Boston Architectural College.
