The Roxbury Memory Trail App Now Available
After much collaborative effort, the vision of the Roxbury Memory Trail is coming to life through its smartphone app. Design Partnership Plus provided design services to create and develop a master plan for the 2-mile long Trail. The project was developed to celebrate the identity of the Roxbury community through its rich history, architecture, art and places within the neighborhood. Learn more about the PROJECT.

We Are Moving Forward with Harding Green Mixed-use Development in Worcester, MA
Design Partnership Plus recently completed the Design Development phase on the Harding Green project. Construction is scheduled to begin this Fall. The Harding Green site is located at the intersection of Harding and Green streets in Kelley Square. The currently vacant 1.4-acre lot will soon be home to a mix of uses including a food market, retail and residential units.

Design Partnership Plus gathered with other selected Boston area architects and designers to present their draft visioning ideas to the residents of the station areas along the Fairmount Corridor. Community residents, organizers and leaders gave their input and feedback on the community vision renderings.

Design Partnership Plus Selected for Fairmount Corridor Visioning
The BSA Foundation selected 30 Boston architects and designers to conduct a visioning study, producing visualizations to reflect the communities' ideas for potential development along the Fairmount Corridor. Principal Phil Loheed and Senior Associate Hyacinth John of DP+ were selected and worked with neighborhood residents to develop the visioning.

DP+ Begins Office Makeover
DP+'s office will soon receive a makeover. The existing space will be revamped into one that feels more open and truly gives it a studio environment - one that reflects the collaborative spirit of our office culture. Allowing for diversity of work spaces is also part of the vision.

40 Malvern Street Nearing Completion
The 49,980 gross square feet, 48-unit residential building is nearing completion after a little over a year since groundbreaking. The six story steel and concrete structure is being clad in brick and metal panels, and the final roof elements are being constructed. The project is slated to be completed this Fall when it will open its doors to its new residents.
The units and interior common spaces, such as ground floor lobby, a green roof and a lounge are currently being built out, along with finishes. Landscaping and 44 surface parking spaces will be part of the site development.
