The Roxbury Memory Trail App Now Available
After much collaborative effort, the vision of the Roxbury Memory Trail is coming to life through its smartphone app. Design Partnership Plus provided design services to create and develop a master plan for the 2-mile long Trail. The project was developed to celebrate the identity of the Roxbury community through its rich history, architecture, art and places within the neighborhood. Learn more about the PROJECT.

DP+ Begins Office Makeover
DP+'s office will soon receive a makeover. The existing space will be revamped into one that feels more open and truly gives it a studio environment - one that reflects the collaborative spirit of our office culture. Allowing for diversity of work spaces is also part of the vision.

40 Malvern Street Nearing Completion
The 49,980 gross square feet, 48-unit residential building is nearing completion after a little over a year since groundbreaking. The six story steel and concrete structure is being clad in brick and metal panels, and the final roof elements are being constructed. The project is slated to be completed this Fall when it will open its doors to its new residents.
The units and interior common spaces, such as ground floor lobby, a green roof and a lounge are currently being built out, along with finishes. Landscaping and 44 surface parking spaces will be part of the site development.
